Thermomix Perth Service Centre

I Called to discuss issue with old TM31 machine - service plus parts and dropoff with a service number. Staff were very helpful and emailed details to review before payment and dropoff. Optional trade in is worth considering as my machine is 10 years old. If I take the trade in special the new machine will last me another 10 years so discussing with partner now!

Just drove to the service centre in Perth to discover they no longer have a drop off servicing option. Iwas told by the Customer Service rep whilst stood outside the centre that previously I had been lucky to live in a city that had a service centre drop off and I would receive an email of instructions on how to get my thermomix to the service centre that I was stood outside of. I am really impressed with the customer service I experienced. The lady I spoke to was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the Thermomix. She was a delight to speak with.

I’ve just recently had a not so good experience with Thermomix,I called them asking if I could drop my thermomix of on Monday because we would be in Perth from the country and we would be going passed,they told me that’s not possible because they don’t have a drop off point.So I asked them “why”they said because of safety reasons.Well,, I guess we can blame covid every other business has a front office or a drop off point which is open and functioning so what’s the difference,it was so unpractical special when I’m going passed so the only choice was to send it.I’m happy, I don’t have to pay postage your service is always so good ,but this is rediculous. It’s sometimes very hard for country people specially when they live a long way from a PO.
